The evening will include two Charity Fundraising Auctions and a Raffle.
A Catalogue will be included for each guest in their personalised programme and relevant items will be on display for inspection.

Silent Auction
Approximately 20 donated items will require each guest to fill out a bidding sheet during the 1st half of the evening, entering a monetary bid equal or above the minimum bid against each item that they have an interest in winning.
Guests concerned that they might win more lots than they can afford can indicate a maximum spend for the whole silent auction if required.
Bid sheets will be collected after the meal and results collated,
for announcement during the late night interval.

Raffle
The Raffle prize is a shopping spree around Ruthin.
The winner will be awarded a collection of gift vouchers with a combined value of over £100 for shops and services located in Ruthin.
Entry into the raffle is automatic for all guests returning a
Silent Auction Bidding Sheet with at least 1 minimum bid entered.

The Live Auction of Experiences
Comprising six unique experiences tailored to celebrate the best
Ruthin, Denbighshire and North Wales have to offer.
They will be auctioned during a live auction after the evening dinner,
by well known Auctioneer and television presenter Glyn Owens.
